This weekend construction activity at the entries to Buildings 1 and 3 is scheduled that will make access to the buildings impossible. The floor tile at the building entrances is being replaced. Under the direction of general contractor DPR, a flooring contractor will remove the existing tile and replace it with another less slippery material. Construction is expected to last through the weekend, meaning that you will not be able to get into the buildings either Saturday September 6th or Sunday September 7th. We are notifying the security system contractor of this schedule as well as arranging for a security guard to be on site, stationed in Building 2, should any problems arise.
No activities are scheduled on campus this weekend, making it an opportune time for this disruptive work to take place.
The Info Commons weekend hours at the Downtown Phoenix ASU Campus will be:
- Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday 12:00 NOON – 9:00 PM
